I guess it is time for an update. Everything is okay. I keep standing up too quickly and have round ligament pain. Work has been super busy. I am trying really hard to keep my weight under control and so far it has been okay although I struggle every day to not go crazy by over eating. I started my weekly 17P shots they last from week 16-34 or 36. That means a maximum of 19 more shots before we are holding our little man and Chrarlie's little brother! (Labor tends to start quickly after the shots end.)
Mr. H and I are thinking of baby names. It is really hard to pick out names for little boys. I guess not much is going on but I will gladly take that over my last pregnancy. I am kind of bored being at home all the time. I hope Mr. H. takes me to a movie or for dinner this weekend. I really cannot complain though.

We are having ...
We went for an elective ultrasound on January 13th and even though we had a snowstorm the day before we decided that it was still a good idea to keep our appointment. (I actually moved the appt from Saturday morning to Friday evening because I was afraid that it would snow again and we wouldn't be able to go.)
We decided to get a 3D ultrasound and we were able to see the baby's face. I can't wait to go back once the baby gets more fat under his skin! The baby was pretty uncooperative and the technician had to give me a piece of chocolate to eat and I had to roll to my left side, which didn't work. I suggested rolling to my right side since the baby prefers my left side. We were finally able to get the baby moving. And we quicklyPublish Post saw that our baby is a BOY!
Another baby boy. Mr. H is super excited since this will likely be our last baby. I was a little disappointed but am starting to be excited about having another son! I pray for a quiet six months until this little guy arrives!

Updates and Big Plans
I know I haven't posted in some time but my energy has not returned yet and work has been so busy! And I spend all of my free time on pinterest these days.
I had a cervical cerclage (my cervix was stitched closed) on Friday 01.06. It is still very sore. I was able to sit up after a few days but sitting is a hard thing to do these days. I find changing position often helps. So the cerclage stays in until 36 weeks. This seems a little crazy to me after delivering at 23+3. I am going to speak the high risk doctor at my next appointment (Feb. 7th) and ask what he recommends. He previously stated that we shouldn't shoot too low but he wanted to be realistic.
My doctor's appointments with the OB will be every two weeks now to check the cerclage and my cervical length. I also will start weekly appointments on 01.26 for 17P shots (to prevent pre-term labor). If you are keeping track, that is a lot of appointments.
The most exciting news perhaps is that we have an appointment for an elective ultrasound on Saturday to find out the baby's gender. I am perhaps a little early but the baby has measures four days ahead so we should be close enough. It am starting to get excited. I thought it was fun once we knew that Charlie was in fact a Charlie. I hope this will help me be more excited about the pregnancy as a whole.
I will be back after our appointment to post the big news!
